"Due to my other review and the company responding to my review by mentioning my sensitive information, I decided to delete and repost my personal experience with the company. Communication is little to none. Unfortunately I went a little over a month with no communication regarding my policy despite sending countless phone calls, leaving voicemails and texts with no response. Via fb message, They stated my address was incorrect, however it was updated twice via phone and the rep had even spelled it back to me. Plus. I have even received mail from them in the summer regarding adding things to my policy and even had a rep come out in March to do a claim due to a flood. So my address on the website was indeed correct. Hopefully you have a better experience than me. God bless!"
